Suburbs

Suburbs we frequently work

Northern Gold Coast

Suburbs including: Pacific Pines, Helensvale, Coomera, Upper Coomera, Oxenford, Arundel, Paradise Point, Hope Island, Pimpama and Ormeau.

This year we've completed a roof refresh in Paradise Point and worked on a body corporate complex in Arundel, cleaning, repairing, repointing and painting close to 20 tiled homes.

Many homes in the newer estates around Pimpama, Coomera and Pacific Pines are reaching the age where a first restoration makes sense.

Tweed border

Suburbs including: Tweed Heads, Tweed Heads South and Banora Point.

We take on jobs just over the border, as far south as Banora Point.

Southern Brisbane

Suburbs including: Beenleigh, Loganholme, Springwood, Logan Village, Acacia Ridge, Rochedale, Eight Mile Plains, Mount Gravatt, Sunnybank, Camp Hill and South Brisbane.

We take on roof restoration and repair jobs in southern Brisbane. Get in touch with your suburb and what the roof needs, and we'll let you know if we can fit it in.

Gold Coast hinterland

Suburbs including: Nerang, Mudgeeraba, Bonogin, Worongary, Mount Tambourine, Jimboomba, Advancetown and Tallai.

Recent hinterland work includes roof repairs in Bonogin following severe storm weather.

Central Gold Coast

Suburbs including: Southport, Ashmore, Benowa, Benowa Waters, Bundall, Broadbeach, Mermaid Waters, Surfers Paradise, Robina and Varsity Lakes.

Recent work here includes exterior works in Benowa Waters, plus repairs, cleans, and tile roof restorations.

These suburbs often have large, established tile homes from the 80s, 90s, and early 2000s that likely need repointing and rebedding, plus a fresh coat of paint to complement interior and exterior renovations.

Our work

Recent Projects

See how we’ve transformed homes with our expert craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Paradise Point Roof Refresh

A full roof transformation, completed from tile replacement through to final coating. The project included updated pointing and a multi-layer restoration system designed for durability, weather protection, and a seamless finish. Completed in Dulux Ebonite, delivering a sharp, modern look with strong street presence and lasting performance.

Benowa Waters Exterior Works

A comprehensive exterior update completed across roofing and finishing details. This project included roof, gutter, and fascia works, replacement of roofing screws, and lifting sheets to ensure structural integrity. The garage door was also refreshed with a new coat of paint, bringing the exterior together for a cohesive, well-finished result.

Bonogin Roof Repairs

Following severe weather, this roof required targeted repairs to address structural damage and active leaks. A failed shade sail fixture had pulled away from the fascia and roof, while a lifted ridge cap compromised the roof’s seal. The scope included removal of all shade sail fittings, replacement of damaged guttering and fascia, re-sarking to restore waterproofing, and a full re-set and re-lay of ridge pointing to ensure long-term protection.
