About AE Restoration

Adam and Erwin started AE Restoration after more than 20 years working on Australian roofs, and after seeing enough of how the industry operates to know what they wanted to do differently.

Roofing has a reputation problem, and most of it is earned. Quotes given from the driveway without anyone getting on the roof. Restorations sold to people who needed a repair, and replacements sold to people who needed a restoration. Prices that move once the work starts. Calls that go unreturned when something needs fixing afterwards.

None of that is complicated to avoid. It just requires doing the unglamorous parts properly. Get on the roof and look at it before quoting. Photograph what is there and explain it in plain terms. Put the scope and the price in writing. Then do the work to the standard you would want on your own house, including the details nobody would notice if you skipped them.

That is what AE Restoration was built to do, and it is still how the business runs. Adam and Erwin carry out the work themselves, take the calls themselves, and inspect every roof they quote. There is no sales team, because there is nothing to sell that the roof does not already need.
