We work on tile and metal roofs, and a full restoration with us covers pressure cleaning, repairs, repointing and painting. We get on the roof, assess the condition of the tiles or sheets, the pointing, the fixings and the flashings, and photograph what we find.

We explain what we found
We walk you through the photographs and tell you what needs doing and what the scope of work would look like.
STEP 4
You receive a written quote
The scope and the price go to you in writing as soon as possible, so you can compare it properly against anything else you have been quoted.
STEP 5
We book the work in

Do you handle storm damage and insurance work?
We do. After severe weather we assess the damage, document it with photographs, and provide the written scope and detail your insurer will ask for. We can work to your claim timeline where the insurer needs the assessment by a certain date. If the damage is urgent and water is getting in, tell us when you call so we can prioritise getting someone out.
How much does a roof restoration cost?
Roof restoration is quoted per roof rather than off a price list, because several variables move the figure considerably. The size and pitch of the roof drive how long the job takes and what access equipment is required. Tile and metal roofs call for different preparation and different coating systems. The condition of the roof determines how much repair work comes first, particularly the state of the ridge capping and the number of tiles or sheets needing replacement. A steep or difficult site takes longer to work safely. We give you the figure in writing once we have inspected the roof, rather than a range over the phone that changes on arrival.
Is the inspection really free?
Yes. We come to the property, get on the roof, assess the tiles or sheets, the pointing, the fixings and the flashings, and photograph what we find. We then walk you through those photographs and explain what needs doing, what can wait, and what does not need doing at all. The written quote follows. There is no cost for any of that and no obligation to proceed. We would rather spend an hour on a roof and tell you it has five good years left than sell you work you do not need.
How long does a roof restoration take?
Most residential restorations run over three to five working days, though the roof itself sets the timeframe. Size and pitch matter, and so does the amount of repair work needed before any coating goes on. A roof needing extensive tile replacement or a full rebed and repoint of the ridge capping will take longer than one that needs cleaning and recoating alone. Weather is the other variable, since coatings need dry conditions to cure properly and we will not rush that stage to hit a date. You will get a realistic timeframe with your written quote, and we will tell you if it shifts.
